Parmesan and herb-roasted chicken (GF) – Seared boneless chicken breast topped with parmesan cheese and demi-glace.

Broiled salmon remoulade (DF, GF) – Prepared in lemon, white wine and finished with a coarse ground dijon mustard glaze with fresh dill.

Butternut squash ravioli (NF) – Roasted bourbon brown butter cream topped with fresh sage.
